Oriental garden lizard, a bee species ,Chalky percher dragonfly, Pond wolf spider , a paper wasp species were also seen. This wetland is a breeding ground for Little-ringed plovers, Black-winged Stilts , Paddyfield pipits and Indian spot-billed ducks
